Job Description -
1. Prepare monthly journal entries manually or by initiating electronic creation through our software program.
2. Review JEs carefully for anomalies and other inconsistencies.
3. Prepare monthly and quarterly accounting reports for submission to management.
4. Conduct inventory reserve analysis on a quarterly basis and generate reports for senior management.
5. Assist the staff accountant with suggesting changes to policies or procedures to increase cash flow.
6. Generate PPV reports & analyze findings.
7. Maintain and review the general ledger & reconcile balance sheets.
8. Analyze costs of raw materials and other supplies and create cost - benefit analyses for changing vendors.
