Job Description :
- Lead generation with clientele.
- Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new accounts for staffing division.
- Handling client presentations and commercials.
- Actively and successfully manage the sales process with active service follow up and handle trouble shooting.
- Accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following Buzzworks procedure.
- Team handling and development.
Desired skill-set
- Knowledge of staffing vertical
- Handled team of minimum 2-5 associates
- Good communication skills
Experience: Minimum 2+ year of experience in Sales & BD from Contract / Temp Staffing only
Qualification : Any graduation
